RifleCX USA is expanding across the United States, and we’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing national sales network as Independent Area Sales Representatives.

A Ground-Floor Opportunity

We’re building our nationwide sales network, and this is an opportunity to get involved early.

As an Area Sales Representative, you’ll have the freedom to develop your own territory, build relationships with retailers and customers, and create your own book of business.

This isn’t a traditional desk job. It’s an opportunity to build your own independent sales business while representing RifleCX USA and grow alongside an expanding national brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop RifleCX sales opportunities within your local or regional territory.
  • Introduce RifleCX products to gun stores, firearm retailers, shooting ranges, and sporting goods dealers.
  • Establish new wholesale dealer accounts and maintain existing relationships.
  • Promote and sell RifleCX products directly to consumers at gun shows, shooting competitions, range events, and other industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on RifleCX cleaning and maintenance products.
  • Generate repeat business and expand brand awareness throughout your market.
  • Independently manage your sales activities, customer relationships, and business development efforts.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in individuals who are:

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and entrepreneurial.
  • Comfortable approaching new customers and building relationships.
  • Passionate about firearms, shooting sports, hunting, or outdoor recreation.
  • Experienced in sales, retail, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable working independently and developing their own opportunities.
  • Willing to travel throughout their territory and attend relevant events.

Experience in the firearms industry, military, law enforcement, or outside sales is a plus.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission-based compensation and no base salary.

Specific commission rates, sales programs, and territory arrangements will be discussed during the selection process and established in the representative agreement.
