Riflecx Limited Warranty

At Riflecx, we stand behind the quality of our firearm care products. Every Riflecx product is crafted to meet high standards of performance and reliability, and we proudly support that commitment with the following Limited Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Riflecx warrants to the original retail purchaser that Riflecx firearm care and maintenance products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Riflecx retailers and distributors in the United States.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Product failures under normal and intended use

  • Defective containers, sprayers, caps, or applicators included with the product

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear, expected product use, or consumable depletion

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Use inconsistent with product instructions, warnings, or intended purpose

  • Mixing with other chemicals or unauthorized substances

  • Modifications, alterations, or repackaging after purchase

  • Cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product performance

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Our Commitment to You

If a product is found to be defective under this Limited Warranty, Riflecx will, at its discretion:

  • Repair or replace the product, or

  • Refund the original purchase price

This Limited Warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy for covered defects.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact Riflecx Customer Support and be prepared to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the product, if requested

  • Batch or lot number, if applicable

In some cases, the product may need to be returned for evaluation prior to approval.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Riflecx for inspection. Riflecx will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riflecx shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or damage to other equipment.

Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the two (2) year warranty period, except where prohibited by law.

Non-Transferability

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

California Residents

For California residents, this warranty is provided in accordance with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

California law does not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages in certain circumstances. As a result, some of the limitations described above may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
